You’ll get a dedicated account manager, service delivery coordinator an installation engineer who’ll make your transition to our network seamless. And we’ll keep you up to date every step of the way.

First things first!

You’ll get an email from our team containing your welcome pack, order confirmation and all the information you’ll need about your switch to your new broadband connection. It also includes details about the next steps of your transition to our network.

Before the switch.

We’ll set up everything ahead of your new connection going live, so the switch goes as smoothly as possible.

You’ll be allocated a dedicated installation engineer and during your technical project call they’ll discuss your requirements, setup and network information. This helps us put together your installation migration pack (which confirms the steps you’ll need to carry out before your remote migration session).

After this call, we’ll configure and dispatch any hardware you need. You’ll get your new router before the switch date with full instructions on how to connect it to your network.

Let’s get connected.

When we’ve had confirmation that your circuit has been configured by the carrier, your remote migration session will take place with your dedicated installation engineer. They’ll support you with any changes to your new setup, all the way until the project has been completed.

Once your new connection is up and running, we’ll send your service activation documents. These will include all the details you’ll need about your new connection!

With you every step of the way.

Not only will our team support you through your installation and migration, but we’ll be there any time you need us afterwards too!

After you’ve switched, you’ll get direct access to our UK based service desk. We proactively monitor our systems and networks, so if something does go wrong, we’ll usually find and fix it before it’s a problem. But if something does happen, we’re here to help. You’ll get straight through to one of our top-level engineers, so you won’t get passed from pillar to post.

Our service desk is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

  • See the progress of your orders for each site.
  • Check the next steps and any actions you need to take.
  • Assign and work on tasks.
